4 Transfer of Your Personal Data

In other cases regulated in the article, the Law 8th and Personal data may be shared with relevant third party institutions and organizations such as our business partners, performance assistants, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Article 9.

  1. International Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with and/or transferred to our service providers where privacy and data protection laws may not be sufficiently protective in your jurisdiction. This is only for cases where the Services are required to be provided to you. There are specific obligations set out under Part V of the GDPR (which we will comply with) to regulate such data transfers and to ensure that adequate security measures are in place to protect and maintain data integrity in the event of transfer.

Your personal data will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected by us. However, if it needs to be used for another purpose and this purpose is compatible with the original purpose, we may use your personal data for these new purposes. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will inform you by explaining the legal basis that allows us to do so. Your requests and complaints regarding your personal data, Article 13 of KVKK article and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, which regulates the application procedure. You can send it to us via info@grextech.com.tr along with your identifying information in accordance with the article.

You can send your written applications to Çınarlı Mh. 1572 Sk. You can send it to N:33 Konak / İzmir. As a personal data owner, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Grextech using the methods set out above in this Information Text, Grextech will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee will be charged.
