This text has been prepared by Grextech, as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

Grextech is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information it obtains about visitors by prioritizing the confidentiality and security of visitor information, in a manner that respects personal rights and within the framework of this “Information Text on Cookies”.

1. What is a Cookie?

At Grextech, we use cookies and some other similar technologies (collectively referred to as “Cookies”) so that you can benefit from our website and for our website to work.

Session Cookies are temporary cookies that are used during visitors’ visits to the website and expire after the browser is closed. The main purpose of using such cookies is to ensure the proper functioning of the website during your visit.

2.2. Persistent cookies: Persistent cookies are types of cookies used to increase the functionality of the website and provide a faster and better service. These types of cookies are used to remember visitors’ preferences and are stored on visitors’ devices through browsers and persist until a certain date or until they are deleted by the user.

2.3. Strictly necessary cookies (mandatory cookies): These cookies are necessary for our website to function properly and for you to benefit from its features and services. These cookies are used for purposes such as security and authentication, they are not used for any marketing purposes and do not identify you. 2.4. First-party cookies: Placed on visitors’ devices directly by the visited website. First-party cookies are defined by the website you are visiting and can only be read by that site.

Your personal data may be processed within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, based on your explicit consent or pursuant to Article 5/2 of the Law. In other cases regulated in the article, the Law 8th and Personal data may be shared with relevant third party institutions and organizations such as our business partners, performance assistants, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Article 9.

1. International Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with and/or transferred to our service providers where privacy and data protection laws may not be sufficiently protective in your jurisdiction. This is only for cases where the Services are required to be provided to you. There are specific obligations set out under Part V of the GDPR (which we will comply with) to regulate such data transfers and to ensure that adequate security measures are in place to protect and maintain data integrity in the event of transfer.

1. Purpose Change

Your personal data will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected by us. However, if it needs to be used for another purpose and this purpose is compatible with the original purpose, we may use your personal data for these new purposes. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will inform you by explaining the legal basis that allows us to do so. Your requests and complaints regarding your personal data, Article 13 of KVKK article and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, which regulates the application procedure. You can send it to us via info@grextech.com.tr along with your identifying information in accordance with the article.

You can send your written applications to Çınarlı Mh. 1572 Sk. You can send it to N:33 Konak / İzmir. As a personal data owner, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Grextech using the methods set out above in this Information Text, Grextech will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee will be charged.
