Fire Pump Types

Since water has a lower viscosity value compared to other fluids, the horizontally separated pump structure has begun to be used in the fire industry. The offered fire pumps are delivered to the site with their engines and all necessary accessories on a single base.

This type of pumps are generally preferred in commercial and residential group buildings. The shaft is in a horizontal position and pressurizes the water 90 degrees upward. It is preferred in narrow pump rooms because it changes the direction of the water.

On-line pumps, which have the lowest installation cost and surface area coverage, are preferred in low-hazard structures. Vibration rate is low. It is lower than other pump types. This type of pumps can only be used with an electric motor. For this reason, it must have a generator against blackouts.
